Show users on map

Show the home location of users on a map.

The users already enter their location in their profile (if they want to).

Add a feature flag to “Publish location” → if active, user can be found on the map.

This is tricky due to privacy concerns, however we let users specifically opt-in and disable by default. We also show a modal warning dialogue when the user activates the flag that explicitely tells the implications.
